This package provides the training and resources that allows you to recruit your franchisees according to a systematic approach. This ensures that you are complying with the appropriate applicable business legislations, Codes of Conduct and AustralianConsumer Law.
We will require that you and any task related personnel attend a training session to learn the process and, in particular, the purpose of all recruitment documents and the application of the Franchisee Recruitment FlowChart.
At the conclusion of the training session, you will have a working appreciation for the process and documentation, together with a full understanding of the risk management models.
