Professional, down to earth and highly experienced, Sue Campbell understands all aspects of franchising. From developing a franchise system, to running her own businesses, Sue’s coaching and training qualifications, marketing skills, hands on experience and years as General Manager give her an extensive knowledge of an effective franchise. Sue holds the esteemed, internationally acknowledged, Certified Franchise Executive qualification.

Her experience stems from McDonalds Restaurants as a Community Relations Representative, to being a Quality Assurance Auditor for the National Institute of Accountants. As a National Franchise Operations Manager in the service sector her franchisee recruitment and operational history speaks for itself.

As the first point of contact, Sue believes in developing a strong and positive relationship with her clients from the very beginning.  For her, it starts with authentic connections and then educating, guiding and facilitating their entire franchising journey.

Known for her warm personality, Anna's extensive experience gives her a unique insight into the franchisors mind and enables her to build a franchisee profile for effectively targeting the desired audience. 

Engaging and interactive, Anna works closely with clients from the early stages right to the end of their project. From facilitating the business vision and mission right through to the franchise launch and induction of franchisees. Anna's coaching workshops and training sessions give Franchise Right clients the confidence and expertise to start their franchise and business journey the right way.

Alison Karnatz
Systems Consultant

Operational documentation specialist Alison Karnatz has almost a lifetime of franchise experience. Growing up, Alison's parents owned and operated as franchisees, giving her a detailed insight into the operations of a franchise from a very early age.

Having completed her Bachelor of Business (Hospitality Management) her detailed knowledge cemented her place within the sector and led Alison andher husband to become franchisees themselves in 2012. 

Alison enjoys exploring the individual qualities of a business, however it’s the fundamentals of brand unity, customer commitment and team solidarity that are the focus of each set of Franchise Operational Documents that she produces. Alison's work in developing these standardised policies and procedures gives the clients and their teams confidence in knowing they are backed by tried and tested systems - and the ongoing support of the experienced Franchise Right team. 

Drawn to customer focused roles, Alison loves the diversity of the franchising industry and has worked on an array of businesses including, burger shacks, seafood restaurants, bubble tea bars, take away restaurants, fitness studios, skincare clinics, mobile trades and even a doggy day care!  Alison's broad spectrum of knowledge, systems prowess and amazing attention to detail make her a popular member of the Franchise Right team with clients and staff alike
